New Stage Design...

9 Sept
- I had emailed the GITN and asked their permission to unblock certain websites needed to access web relating to the Maxis Cyberlinq competition. I got immediate reply (thanx 4 the fast service) and need to give them details on my request. They need to ask MOE's permission first.

11 Sept
- login to Maybank2u to check the fund given by Maxis. Already in.

13 Sept
- Met the construction workers. Discussion over the stage design and costs. There were changes over previous stage design as we thought an extra gate and tiled-floor will make the stage much prettier and comfortable. The new cost expected is RM2500. WOW!

What a cost!

17 Sept-
Met GB to discuss the plan and financial matters. GB approved the plan and instructed us to continue the project despite the overbudget. GB can only allocates RM500 school fund and promised to get donation to cover the balance.
Discussion with the team. Agreed that we need to raise donation within school. Made letter to ask GB's permission to raise money thru donation campaign. Named it "RM1 For Comfort" Campaign. It is expected to run for a period of a month staring from 24th September.
